What is your return policy? All products created by Schmitt Design are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and damages caused during shipping. Please note that the use of natural materials may result in subtle variances in color and form.
Schmitt Design will accept returns of defective or damaged products on claims received within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before making a return. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization by Schmitt Design. Customers should use the original packaging for return shipment.

When can I expect to receive my Schmitt Design product? Most items will ship within 5-7 business days of the order date. If an item will ship beyond this timeline, we will notify you immediately via email with an estimated ship date.
What are my shipping options? Domestic shipments will be made via USPS Priority or UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. Please contact us for a rate quote if you would like to ship outside the US or require expedited shipping.
Do you ship internationally? If you are an international customer, please contact us for a shipping quote. When you contact us, include the destination and item(s) in which you are interested.
Do you apply tax? Schmitt Design is required by law to charge sales tax to orders shipped within California. This tax is automatically applied during the online ordering process. Sales tax will not be charged for orders shipped outside of California.
What are my payment options? Schmitt Design offers secure payment processing through Stripe. Customers can pay via the following credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
